1. Our role

Harry Global Tours LLC is a travel agency. We arrange airline, train, bus and cruise tickets, stays, tours and related services provided by other companies. We act as an agent for those suppliers. The supplier, not us, provides the transport or service, and its own terms apply to your trip.

2. Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a booking, and it does not guarantee a price or availability. A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you.

Prices, schedules and availability can change until a booking is confirmed. We will tell you the conditions that apply, including any fare rules and cancellation or change fees, before you commit.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Give accurate information, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the site or other people at risk.

4. Travel documents and requirements

You are responsible for having a valid passport, visas, health documents and anything else needed for your trip, and for checking the entry rules of every country you will visit or pass through. Rules change often, so please check official government sources before you travel. Names on bookings must match your travel documents exactly.

5. Destination information and the AI guide

Our country and place guides are general information to help you plan. They may not be complete or up to date.

The AI guide answers automatically and can make mistakes. Do not rely on it alone for prices, schedules, visas, health, safety or entry rules. It cannot make or change bookings. Please do not share passport, payment or other sensitive details with it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or use this site for fraud;
• try to access accounts or systems that aren't yours;
• interfere with the site, overload it, or get around its security or limits;
• copy the site's content on a large scale, including by automated means;
• use the AI guide to create harmful content or to try to make it ignore its rules.

7. Content and photos

The Harry Global Tours name, logo and website content belong to us or are used with permission. Some photos are owned by others and used under open licences. Their authors and licences are credited next to each photo, and those licences apply to any reuse.

8. Our responsibility

We take care in running this site and arranging travel, but we provide the website as it is and cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for the acts or failures of independent suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable control, such as bad weather, strikes, or government restrictions.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited, or our liability where it cannot legally be excluded. We recommend suitable travel insurance for every trip.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will appear here with a new date at the top, and it applies from then on. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Harry Global Tours LLC is registered.

If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the law of the country where you live.
